Continuing to creative play as a young person and adult can help improve your self-esteem, feel more in control of your life, express your emotions and reduce stress.
It can also help you cope with depression and PTSD.
No previous experience or creative talent neccessary.
Just a willingness to play and explore in
a non-judgemental environment.
Therapeutic Photography offers
the opportunity to reframe the world you perceive through the lens of a camera.
We can explore what you see and how you see it.
We can also look at images that interest and inspire you.
No photographic experience needed although I can teach you the basics should you wish to learn.
